 5.45 am - Hot lemon juice

6.20am - Exercise

8.10 am- 5 almond 5 pista 2 dates 5 Raisins 2 walnuts

9.15am - oats in milk 1 bowl, 4 strawberry 10 blueberry,  chia seeds 1 spoon

11.45am - 1 green apples

2pm - 2 chicken leg piece home grilled

4pm- 1 cucumber

6pm- 1 bowl of sundal

7pm to 8m30pm- Badminton with 1 bottle of lemon juice

didn't feel hungry so i had 1 glass of hot lemon juice at 9.45pm

10.30pm - went to bed
