Woke up around 6:15AM had my 1 litre water with Fenugreek. Finished my exerciese between 6:45 to 7:30 AM
Went to drop my daughter to school in car, while going and coming back started to practice using steps I live in 3rd floor, the car park is 2 level below the basement but managed to walk
Around 9:00 AM had a bowl of oats, Strawberry, Blueberry and Chia seeds
Around 11:00 had my black cofee no sugar & 3 Parle G biscuits
Around 01:30PM had my lunch today is Rice & spinach + one boiled egg. had a handful of curd rice as well
Around 3:00PM i need to go back to collect my daughter in car again but this time again i used steps for going down and coming back
Around 4:00PM had a black coffee again this time had some 4 biscuits
Around 7:00PM stepped out for playing badminton played double till 8:30PM continuosly
Around 9:00PM had my dinner 4 dosa and Tomato Chutney; had a filter coffee/Milk but this time with Sugar.
Over all had 4 litres of water ( i remember did 4 refilling)
