woke up at 6.10 am finished my 1 litre water with fenugreek. completed my exercise between 6.45 am to 7.30 am.
had a bowl of oats , strawberry and blueberry at 9.30 am.
around 10.30 am had a small bowl of white chenna
11.30am had a black coffee with 3 sugarfree tabs.
2.30pm had 4 chappati and egg burji.
was not well so couldn't walk much and had paracetamol to take rest.
For dinner had a bowl of chicken soup i made by 9 00 am to recover from cold
at 10am had a cold tablet.
