 Today  i woke up late at 8am. had my water. finishe my exercise between 9am to 10am.

had my breakfast at 10.30 am 3 dosai and chenna.

had a black coffee with sugarfree around 11.30 am.

slept today between 3pm to 5pm as i didn't get enough sleep last night

had lunch around 5pm had 3 chappati chenna and mutton left over from last night

played badminton between 7 to 8.30pm. had one apple for dinner.
