 woke up at 6:30 AM had my 1 litre of water in empty stomach with Fenugreek.

today i have to drive to meet some of my school friends in London, had break fast around 8:30 AM left over pees pulav and chicken is what had for breakfast

was driving till 12PM, for Lunch had Rava upma & Egg around 1PM, had a cofee with Milk and Sugar

Had baked chicken cutlet, prawn and peanuts for lunch as well as sides

Had dinner one Naan and 2 pieces of Lamb Nihari(No Oil) & a Bowl of chenna around 8PM

Couldnt follow the water routine todayy
