woke up at 6am. had 1 litre of water with fenugreek in empty stomach.
finished my exercise between 6.45 to 7.30 am
went to drop diya to school walked in steps 110 steps up and down.
9.00 Am had a bowl of oats, strawberry, blueberry and spoon chia seeds
10.30 am black cofee with no sugar 4 biscuits
2pm had 1 portion mutton biriyani with curd and an egg
4.30 pm had 3 biscuits and a coffee
6pm went out with Aarav for walking and shopping till 7pm
8pm had 3 dosa and onion chutney and glass mango juice(bottled)
9.30pm had a filter coffee with sugar
usual i had some 4 litres of water
