Woke up at 6AM. Empty Stomach had Fenugreek and 1 Litre of water I usually store water in my favourite copper bottle
From 6:30 to & 7:30 AM did my week-1/Day-1 Exercise
around 9:00AM went to drop Diya to school in my car
Around 9:30AM had my break fast - Bowl of Oats + 7 Strawberries + 10 Blueberries + 1 spoon of Chia Seeds all in a single bowl
Arund 10:45 AM had a bowl of puffed rice + Peanut
Was in call from 9:30AM to 1:00PM back to back
1:30PM had my lunch 4 chappati & left over mutton paya from yesterday(a bowl)
3:30PM had some 6-8 small parle-G biscuits
4:40PM took a walk along with Diya and Aarav to drop Diya in her Gymanstic class near by walk. Was walking with Aarav for 45 minutes by pushing Aarav in his pram
7:30PM - finished my dinner a small portion of mutton biriyani, curd and chicken
